To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to give you some positive feedback on your facility. I had a patient who had an MRI of the lumbar spine performed a couple of days ago at your facility. They had very high praises for your facility as well as for (your staff). They stated that they were very impressed with the entire operation and were treated in a courteous and professional manner. It is somewhat unusual for a patient to return to my office praising the MRI facility as much as this patient did. Hence, it appears you must run a high quality operation.
